The Hunt for the Perfect Benny

Obsessed with finding the perfect Hollandaise to go with the perfect Eggs Benedict, I will travel near and far (in Minnesota mostly) hunting and writing about the best and worst Benny's I encounter.

Bearpath Golf & Country Club, Eden Prairie. The best thing about this Benny is that it was Sunday brunch after the most amazing wedding (not mine). The muffin was thick cut, soft and chewy. The ham was a little tiny strip of nuthin’ and the egg was way over poached, ut I didn’t care, they were about to open presents! The Hollandaise was runny and flavorless but alas, I was hungover and busy playing tic-tac-toe with little Wyatt to notice.
