The Hunt for the Perfect Benny

Obsessed with finding the perfect Hollandaise to go with the perfect Eggs Benedict, I will travel near and far (in Minnesota mostly) hunting and writing about the best and worst Benny's I encounter.

Original Pancake House, Edina. I go to OPH pretty regularly. I taste their Hollandaise each time and each time it is different. This time it was pretty darn good although it seemed as though someone loosened the lid on the pepper before the chef shook it into his sauce. The eggs were fine. The muffin was a little too soggy for my liking. Who knows how it’ll turn out next time!?!?!
