edkohler asked: What's the best side for a Benny? Breakfast greens like French Meadow does? I doubt it.

minusmanhattan asked: There were about two liters of Hollandaise on it (I couldn't actually see anything besides the sauce), the muffin was not toasted, and the ham was not cooked (it was like the ham you would buy in the deli for a sandwich).

minusmanhattan asked: As much as I love Barbette their Benny was pretty bad, maybe it was just an off day. Worst eggs benedict I've ever had: The Bad Waitress.

To try
Cafe Maude’s Benny.  I recommend a side order of the toast and jam also.

Anonymous asked: I would highly recommend the Benedict at Good Day Cafe in St. Louis Park. They have a couple of different kinds, but I had the classic and it was wonderful. Good luck. LOVE the blog idea.

Anonymous asked: Have you tried Nat's Eggs benny's? I've heard good things about them...

Anonymous asked: Keys Cafe in downtown is my best Benny in town. Zumbro in Linden Hills is pretty decent; I live near there and eat it a lot, but it's not the best I've ever had.
Great idea for a blog. I get Benny every time it's on the menu. My wife has a similar quest for the perfect reuben. Good luck with the blog.
